When will you ship my design?

All designs that we make need 3 working days to make and dispatch. Working days are Monday - Friday and will start the day after you place the order. You then have to allow time for the order to go through the postal system. Uk Shipping Times 2-5 working days ** Please Note** Processing Time + Shipping Time = Arrival Time We cannot guarantee any delivery dates as frustratingly we have no control over the post once it leaves the studio.

Will you do a custom design for me?

If you have a design in mind that you think I would execute well based on my current work, please send me a convo and I will certainly do what I can.

I need my order quickly, can you do this?

I try, when possible to have as much prep work done on all items so sometimes it is possible to rush your order through. If you do need me to do this, please send me a convo DIRECTLY and I will give you a realistic timescale for shipping. Please do not leave a comment in the NOTES TO SELLER section as this is not read until your order is being prepped. I would hate to read it too late. There is no extra charge for this, I genuinely want you to get your item on time and I if I don't think I can do this, I will tell you honestly.

What days do you work and when do you answer messages

The Sarky Cow is operational during the hours of 8-5, Monday to Friday. I answer messages on these days. Please allow some time for me to get an answer to you as I am often in the workshop. I will reply though so please do not feel like you are being ignored. I may not answer at the weekend if your question is regarding an order already placed as I do not have access to your information. I will answer all weekend questions on Monday am.
