Is your jewelry Lead & Nickel Free?

Yes. I only use materials that have been tested and labeled by my suppliers to be FREE of both lead and nickel.

You can use a measuring tape or ruler on a piece of jewelry you own that is the most comfortable length to wear.

I'm not sure what size to order, what should I do?

Every Item has an option to be adjustable. Just choose the adjustable option by adding "YES" in the personalization box. *Always know you can contact me by a message on Etsy. I will help to make sure you get exactly what you need.

Do you charge for Shipping?

Complimentary free shipping is provided on all U.S. orders!

International shipping & additional info

International shipping is approximately $21-26. I cannot guarantee your order will arrive by a certain date due to outside factors. Most international orders are delivered in 2-4 weeks. However it can take up to 6-8 weeks in some rare circumstances. International customers are subject to customs fees & VAT. No refunds will be provided due to a package being held in customs. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fee. Thanks so much for your understanding.

Return policy & Exchanges

Easy returns/exchanges! Just contact me. You have within 30 days to request a return. The product itself needs to be returned in original condition in order to provide a return or replacement. If the item is defective, I require that you show proof with photos. No photos or product = no return or exchange. The customer is responsible for exchange or return shipping on all orders. A refund will be given minus the cost of the return label issued. If customer chose to have their order gift wrapped at checkout for $5, the $5 fee is not part of the return amount.

Yes! But not just any warranty, every purchase comes with a 1 year warranty. Each order comes with a warranty card. Regular wear or unauthorized alteration of your jewelry is not covered by the warranty. If you have removed a charm from a chain then the warranty is void. Thanks for understanding.
