In case of any return the customer is responsible for the return postage charges and eventual customs duties. Please note that all of our products are handcrafted, handmade or hand loomed pieces whereby the piece may have minor defects, such as loose threads & yarn, extra pieces of yarn included in the weave, miss stitching, etc., which are customary for this type of handcrafting so we exclude this as being considered a defect for return purposes.

We ship worldwide! All our items will be carefully packaged and will be sent after 1-3 business days after payment is received. Shipping usually takes about 4-7 working days to Europe and 2-3 weeks to other countries. This is just an estimation as we can't be responsible for eventual post delays.
