What is your return policy?

We are proud to offer hassle-free returns, which means we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label you can print at home for shipping returns. You can then leave the package for your mailman to pick up or place it in a blue mailbox. During the COVID-19 Pandemic, we will not be accepting returns that have been opened. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in their original condition, unwashed and unworn, and in the original packaging with all included materials. Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Actual shipping costs will be deducted from all orders, including orders that ship free. Refunds are processed within 3-4 business days of receipt.
