Originating in Spain, this ever-popular brunch cocktail was named after the yellow-flowered mimosa plant. Sparkling wine topped with fresh-squeezed orange juice with plenty of pulp, and a splash of Grand Marnier orange cognac to created an elevated version of the cocktail.
