Ornaments and keychains If your ornament or keychain gets dirty just wash it off with a lightly damp cloth using water only. Keep out of reach of small children and pets. Keep out of direct sunlight to ensure the colors will last. Hot Pads, you can easily wash these in the dishwasher (top rack preferred) or by hand with warm soapy water.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Each item comes in a clear bag with a delightful card.

We offer basic shipping to the USA, by default there is no tracking number (to save costs), which means we can't tell you where your package is. But you can upgrade your shipping to Tracked Packet at the checkout. Shipping times vary from location, time of year and current affairs like postal strikes or issues at customs, these things are out of our control. Usually it takes 6-10 business days, but can take longer depending on circumstances. Please contact us if you need it by a specific date and we will see what we can do to get it to you on time :)

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you enter your address incorrectly and we are charged the UPS address change of $14.50 we will require you to pay for this error.

Due to the handmade nature of our items, the colors are all hand mixed, so they may not be exact to the colors shown in the examples. We do our best but we can't not always match them. If you need a specific shade for something please let us know and we will let you know if we can do it.
