What if I have a problem with my item?

We do our very best to check each item thoroughly, however we may still miss some things from time to time. If you have a problem please contact us either via messages or email and we will do what we can to make it right! Please do not hesitate to contact us, but please also remember some things are beyond our realm of control. We will work with you to make your experience satisfactory.

How long will my order take to process?

During weekdays we do our very best to get an order out next day, however many times, if an order is placed early in the day we will have it out that same day. We do not ship on Saturday’s after 12pm or on Sunday’s as per USPS hours, but your order will be out Monday!

What does it mean if my shipment is delayed?

Usually USPS is good about having packages arrive by the estimated shipping date, however there are some things that may effect when your order will arrive such as bad weather or holidays. If this isn’t the case, please contact your local post office to find out why your shipment may be delayed. We try our best to keep track of the orders and will try to contact you if we see your order will not arrive on time.

The item in the picture is not the item I received!

We work very hard to ensure that you get the item you ordered. We try our best to capture adequate photos that depict the item in real life fashion but some times the pictures may not look exactly the way the item looks in person as lighting may effect the color, and some listings are for a similar item that is ready for shipment. Please reference the description, as we have items that vary slightly from the item in the photo, that information will be stated there. If you got a wrong order entirely, please message us and we will make it right for you!

How does the payment plan work?

Any items in our shop over $100 are eligible for the payment plan. You will need to contact us if you plan on purchasing an item as we have to open a specific “payment type” during check out to allow the payment plan option to be available. 25% of the total cost is due the day you choose to purchase. The buyer will have a total of 60 days to pay for the item in full. The specific schedule of when payments are due is a case by case basis. All transactions will be done through PayPal friends and family. If the buyer fails to pay off the item or the transaction is canceled in the 60 day period the 25% will not be refunded as that is our restocking fee. The item will not be shipped until fully paid.
