I accept custom and personalized orders by prior arrangement. If you need it, please write to me and I will do my best to fulfill it.

Treat with care. - Do not drop jewelry with stones, do not wet, do not wash with detergents. Cleaning with a dry cloth or sponge is allowed. Store separately from each other and buttoned away from direct sunlight. - Store jewelry made of textiles out of sunlight, because the fabric may fade and lose color. Do not use chemicals for product care. Hand wash allowed in warm water without adding detergents. Dry out of the sun in a flattened form, spreading horizontally on a towel. - Hair accessories - do not spray hairspray on them. Store away from direct sunlight. Hand wash in warm water without the addition of synthetic detergents is allowed. Dry flat on a clean towel out of sunlight.

We accept exchange and refund only if you received a product different from the ordered one, the product must be in its original condition, without signs of operation, in order to make an exchange, contact us within 14 days.

We accept the closure of the order within 6-8 hours. Exception - goods with personalization. In the case of closing the order refund - in the amount of 90% of the original amount within 5 days.

Potential customs duties are not included in the product price. Potential duties are the responsibility of the buyer

IF THE PACKAGE IS LONG DELIVERY

We begin to search for a parcel if its location does not change by location number for 14 days. We are writing a search request, according to the law, the Postal Service can respond to a request from 30 to 90 days. During this time, the parcel will either be found and delivered to you, or recognized as lost. If the parcel is found lost, then 100% of the order amount is returned to you. If the parcel is found, but delivered very late, you will not receive a refund. Since all the dates are not accurate, but approximate. We cannot affect the operation of the mail service.
