WHERE DO I FIND MY FILE(S)?

If you purchased a "INSTANT DOWNLOAD" then you will receive your PDF and/or JPG files to download from Etsy within one minute of payment confirmation. If you purchased a "INSTANT EDITABLE" then you will receive a separate email from Corjl.com to your Etsy registered email address - with a link to access your templates within 5 minutes of payment processing. Alternatively, you can always go directly to Corjl.com with your Etsy Order ID Number and Etsy email address to get access.

I CAN'T LOGIN / EDITING IS DIFFICULT!

If you are having issues please try a different browser. Currently Internet Explorer is not compatible for some people. When using Templett.com please do so from a Desktop Computer.

DO I NEED TO DOWNLOAD ANY FONTS?

NO! Select fonts are accessible when editing your templates in the online app. You don't need any special fonts downloaded on your computer. We have several available fonts to choose from. See demo link to see your designs options!

DO I NEED ANY SPECIFIC SOFTWARE ON MY COMPUTER TO EDIT THE TEMPLATE?

NO! All our templates are editable right in your browser with an online web app Corjl.com. This is the easiest way to edit templates! No need to update Adobe, or download fonts. We recommend using Chrome for the best editing experience.

In Etsy:
A. Add the Instant Download design from UniqueDigitalDesigns that you want to your cart
B. Purchase!
C. You will receive a confirmation email with a PDF. This PDF is Instructions on how to open your purchased file in Corjl. You can't leave a review unless you DOWNLOAD the instructions file.

In Corjl:
1. Corjl will send you an email with a link to your template.
2. Edit your template
3. Save as JPG or PDF! Save "with bleed" if you plan to print at your local print shop

NOTE: Editing text from your mobile/tablet IS POSSIBLE - however for further editing options (font type/color) then you will need to edit from your computer browser.
Each template currently has a set limit of 6 downloads, and is editable for 6 months. Additional time and downloads available - message me.

Tags can easily be printed and cutout, and hole punched at home or your local print store!
Please test print and check you're happy with the alignments etc prior to purchasing or printing large orders.
