We LOVE custom orders!! Custom designs, custom items, you name it and we can probably do it- Birthdays, weddings, holidays, special occasions... We've made something for them all and would love to help with yours too!

Best of all, most custom orders we can fulfull without additional fees or extended processing time!

To request a custom order either message the shop or use the "Request a Custom Order" button on any of our listings.

We provide the complimentary addition of your child's name to the front corner of their pajamas at no extra charge. This add-on is optional and free so we do not automatically send an example/proof of their name since it would be time and cost-prohibitive, but you are always more than welcome to request one!

All add-on names will be in the exact same style/font as the design you choose for the bottom, including being all lower or uppercase.

If you would like to customize the name, like capitalizing the first letter, message us so that we can see if it is possible for your choosen size/style. (A small upgrade fee may apply.)

Due to the limited space available on such tiny pajamas, standard policy is one name with up to 8 letters.

However, we know that one size does not fit all, therefore we are happy to work with you! Just message us BEFORE placing your order with: the name you want added, the size of pajamas and which style/font you are hoping for so that we can determine if we can make their whole name fit or not. Some styles work better than others for long names and we will advise you to the correct style so that you get exactly what you want!

*Preapproval MUST be obtained. For orders that leave more than one name we will only use the first, or if you bypass our character limit the name will be omitted. So please just message first, we're here to help!!

Our customers sometimes use phrases that have personal meaning, or spell names in unique ways! To avoid errors on our end, we copy-paste all personalized information.

If we notice what looks like a misspelling we will contact you via Etsy messages, but if we do not hear back with either a confirmation or correction we will proceed with the text entered. Please carefully check all spellings on your order so that no typos occur!

Since we are not able to change shipping addresses on orders, we will just ask that you resubmit your order with the correct address and then we can cancel and refund your original order! This is the easiest way to eliminate the possibility of your order being sent to the wrong address.

If you find yourself in this position just send us a message and we will get you taken care of!

We do not normally offer returns or cancellations due to the custom nature and quick turnaround of our products. However, sometimes we offer an exception on a case-to-case basis. If a return/cancellation is accepted it may be subject to a fee to cover non-refundable costs on our end. Please message us if you have any questions about our policies or an order.

Starting beginning of August 2021, ALL pajamas designs will be white unless specifically requested otherwise. This includes light pink and mint pajamas that were previously finished with a charcoal design. Our light pink PJ photos are shown with the charcoal design which is still available, but please contact us in regards to the switch and potential upgrade fees that may apply!

We only use photos from reviews on Etsy, since they're already on here! If we would like to use your review photos anywhere else (including social media or our own website) we will ask for your permission and not use them unless you've given your consent.

If you take amazing photos or have them taken send them to us over Etsy messages, if we can use them for advertising we can offer a discount for your next order!
