1. After placing your order, send me an Etsy message with pictures.
2. After receiving the pictures, I will notify you the lead time.
3. Wait for me to send you a proof for review (I can make unlimited revisions for you until you are happy with the illustrations.)
3. Once the final design has been approved by you, you can expect to receive a shipping confirmation with it is ready for shipping.
4. Viola! Wait for your package to arrive and enjoy the mugs!

*Please Note*: After the proof has been sent to you for review, if I don't hear back within 5 days, the design will be considered finalized and the item will be shipped out as it is.
