necklaces, bracelets and anklets can and will be made to the nearest 1/4 inch i measure the wearable portion, just to the inside of the clasp. rings can and will be made to the nearest 1/4 size i use a standard sized ring mandrel to make my rings. the better measurement you give me the better your jewelry will fit perfectly.

i have found that Dawn dish soap or baking soda paste makes a fantastic jewelry cleaner! quickly remove smudges and light tarnish with an old toothbrush, warm water and a drop of liquid dish soap. lightly scrub then rinse with cool water. pat dry with a paper towel. be careful. dont drop your jewelry down the drain.

Gift wrapping and packaging

🎁 every item will be thoughtfully packaged. all 3 dimensional items will be placed in a cotton filled box. other items will be packed in a biodegradable plastic zip style baggie, then wrapped with colorful tissue paper and placed in a beautiful organza drawstring gift bag. not only will it be pretty enough for a gift but it will be safely packaged using minimal materials.

Wholesale availability

i am an artisan jeweler, no mass productions are made in my studio. however, i love to work with other artisans. there are a great many of my items purchased in bulk to be incorporated into their final product. i have also worked with many retailers who like to purchase finished/ready to wear items to be resold in their gift shops. some of my designs have more price flexibility then others, therefore, for wholesale orders, please convo me with the list of items and quantity desired i will give you the best price offer and production time i need.

the tracking number shows my package was delivered by i didnt get it. now what do i do?

it doesn't happen often but packages are sometimes mis-delivered. i recommend that you check the following: -members of your household -neighbors -postal carrier -local post master - have your tracking number with you if you are not successful in recovering your package, contact me so that we can come to an arrangement that works for the both of us (i may need your assistance if i need to file an insurance claim). i will work with you to find it/replace it/reship it.

my package arrived damaged

rest assured that i take great care to very carefully package every item so that it is well protected and i have never had a package arrive damaged. 1) immediately take a picture of your package BEFORE you open it 2) send me the picture of the damaged packaging and damaged item 3) contact me so that we can come to an arrangement that works for the both of us (i may need your assistance if i need to file an insurance claim)

re-string, re-wire, repair of jewelry made by my shop

eventually your jewelry will wear out. no worries. message me with your jewelry issue. i will make a custom listing for you. my repair prices are very reasonable and vary depending upon your needs. most fees will range from $10 to $25 if you pay the postage to get it to me i will pay for the return postage. please contact me so we can discuss what needs to be done, pricing and shipping details.

repairing jewelry that did not originate in my studio

i have been know to repair, restring, redesign jewelry that was made by someone else. my minimum price is $17 with most prices ranging from $20 to $30 plus return s/h if possible send me a picture and any comments or suggestions that would me determine if i am capable of restoring your keepsake. each price will be individually tailored to each individual’s needs.
