All Whisker Squad Collars & Leashes are custom and handmade to order, we do not offer free returns or exchanges unless we make a mistake or the item is defective.

All you need is a little soap and water to clean your new Whisker Squad gear! Our collars and leashes are perfect for playing in the water and mud because they are waterproof. But be sure to clean off with soap and water and dry with a soft cloth to maintain longevity of your Whisker Squad gear. Salt water and abrasive substances can over time damage your plated hardware, if choosing to play in salt water, brass will be the best option for you. If your leash or collar has been exposed to a stinky substance, you may wish to wipe it down with some diluted white vinegar which will help neutralize any smelly odors.

Most items can be shipped together so rates for multiple items will be less than the calculated costs. Any overages will be refunded after the order is processed. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged orders and recommend upgrading to tracked mail with insurance. Please be mindful of the time it takes to clear customs. This listing is for an upgrade from a standard 1'' buckle. Our side release buckle upgrade comes with a d ring located on front of the collar so you can attach a leash! This buckle collar is custom made to your pets neck size and is not adjustable, therefore you must measure precisely. It is not recommended for growing puppies.
* Must purchase a 1'' Classic collar, 1'' Titan Collar or 1'' Double Trouble collar with this order.
* We also have 3/4" Side Release Buckles if you are looking for a smaller version of this style. If you would prefer this size, please check out with our 3/4" collar listing and this upgrade listing. Please message us if you need assistance.

1" - You can choose from Brass, Silver, Matte Black, Neo Chrome or Rose Gold to upgrade your collar to a 1" side release buckle.

3/4" - You can choose from Brass, Black or Rose Gold to upgrade to a 3/4" side release buckle.

Ensure you have a great fit on your pets neck. To measure your dogs neck size, use a tape measure (a soft one) and measure the circumference of your pets neck while standing (use a comfortable fit with room for comfort, not too tight, not too loose, fur doesnt count). The collar will fit to exactly your measurements, as this is a custom size, it cannot be returned.
