When will my Custom order be ship?

Though we will always strive to ship your order as soon as we possibly can, due to the handcrafted, highly customized nature of each piece we make special to order, please allow 1-3 aprox Business Days (excluding weekends & US holidays) for your custom piece(s) to ship from our Florida studio. We will keep updating our processing time on our update section.

My order shows as delivered, but I haven’t received it — what should I do?

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, we understand how frustrating that can be! In this case, since the package is marked as delivered by USPS, we kindly ask that you contact Etsy Customer Support directly to open a case. Their team will assist in resolving the issue through the appropriate channels. I have a question/ comment about my order, How can I contact you?

We are always happy to help! Please send us an Etsy convo (conversation) and we will reply to your inquiry as soon as possible (typically within 24 hours or sooner). Please note, emails sent after normal business hours (5pm EST) or on a weekend, will be responded to as soon as possible once we return.

How long do you guys take to respond to my convos or emails?

We try to respond asap to your questions, however, please allow us 24 hours to get back to you.

Can I make a change to my order once It has been submitted?

We understand that sometimes plans change! You may request changes to your order within 6 hours of placing it. After 6 hours, your order may already be in production or prepped for shipping, and we can no longer guarantee changes. If you need to update something, please send us a message as soon as possible — we’re happy to help if the request falls within that time frame!

How do I personalize my order?

Many of our listings can be customized just for you! To personalize your item, simply leave your customization details in the "Notes to Seller" box at checkout when placing your order. I received my order and just realized I ordered the wrong size, what do I do?

No worries! We’re happy to adjust the length of your piece at no extra cost. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth exchange: Return the item to the following address: Reflection of Memories 1835 Tallulah Terrace Wesley Chapel, FL 33543 Include a note inside the package with: Your name Order number The corrected length you would like Include a prepaid return shipping label or a self-addressed stamped envelope. (Please note: If a prepaid return label is not included, we will not be able to send the adjusted piece back to you.) Once we receive your return, please allow 2–5 business days for us to process the exchange and get your newly sized piece on its way to you.

I received an incorrect item. What should I do?

We’re so sorry for the mix-up and truly appreciate your understanding. If you received an item with a personalization error or received the wrong item entirely, we’re happy to make it right! Here’s what to do: Send us a message on Etsy with a clear photo of the item you received, so we can understand what went wrong. Once reviewed, we’ll send you a prepaid return label via Etsy so the incorrect item can be sent back to us. After receiving the return, we’ll remake and resend your corrected piece within 2–5 business days. We always want you to love your order, and we’re here to ensure it’s perfect! 💕
