Custom and personalized orders

I do accept personalized and custom orders where applicable. Please be respectful of the item and what it represents, however. I reserve the right to refuse service as I see fit. All requests for attack helicopter gender pins will be turned down, for example, as will anything that makes me personally uncomfortable or goes against my personal morals and what my little shop represents.

All pin sizes are clearly marked in their various ads. I handle all resize requests on a case by case basis due to the nature of the request and my current workload at the time.

Designs may be slightly different than the ones in the photographs, due to slight tweaks or improvements, as well as the handmade nature of the items. Colors may look different in person due to screen monitor variations. I always do my best to keep things as uniform as possible, however, and if you have any issues with the pin you've received please don't hesitate to message me and let me know! I'll see what I can do!

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase please follow these steps: 1) Message me here with the reason you would like to return or exchange your purchase. Please include the pin or set that you would like to exchange them for. 2) Once I have replied, please feel free to mail your package to the following address: Ashleigh Smith 3680 Pacific Ave #9341 Ogden, UT 84401 You'll also find this address on the package you originally received, so don't worry about mixing it up somehow! 3) If you could please message me and let me know when it's in the mail and when to expect it, that would be very kind. ----- Here's a little more information on my shop and the pins you can purchase there. -----

-Made of simple plastic and printer-grade ink, they've been sealed with a glossy coat of UV resin that /should/ keep them safe if they get wet but I wouldn't suggest submerging them for any length of time.

Why not enamel pins? So far, I haven't figured out a way to make enamel pins at home. I also have a very small office that I work out of in my tiny apartment, so I'm currently limited by space. Hopefully, this won't be a problem at some point in the near future, but until that time I'm forced to work within my meager means. I also prefer using shrinky dinks over enamel because, without a way to make enamel pins at home, I'm able to offer you pins for a reasonable price and in a reasonable timeline without having to bulk order a bunch of pins that aren't guaranteed to sell. No waiting for a third party to deliver my order so that I can get your order out to you, everything's handled in house! I know my pins get mistaken for enamel on occasion and, frankly, I take that as a compliment!

Will I be selling enamel pins at any point in the future? I'm honestly not altogether sure. I enjoy the control that I have over my own stock and the ability to get orders out quickly, that comes from making my own pins at home. If I can find a viable way to make enamel pins myself, I might consider it. Otherwise, there is a chance in the future that I may add some enamel pins to my shop alongside the usual items that I make by hand. Fave the shop and keep an eye out for announcements, but don't expect anything in the near future due to financial and space restraints.

-The pins affixed to the back are done so using a hot glue version of gorilla glue but if they happen to come unstuck for some reason they're very easy to stick back on with some superglue or you can find gorilla glue for hot glue guns on amazon, but I've tested them thoroughly and only had pins detach on very rare occasions, under extreme duress and that would happen with any pin, really.

-These pins are uniquely designed using photoshop, printed on Shrinky Dink paper, and put together entirely by hand.

-There may be some very minor variation in appearance and size due to the fact that shrinky dinks are occasionally unpredictable BUT I always do my best to get the best and most uniform quality out of my work.

Good little pin. Slightly smaller than my Demisexual pin from the same seller, which makes them a little funny looking as a pair but it’s not a big deal. They’re both bigger than I expected, but I think I read the listings too fast. 😅 The lines are super clean, but there’s a few pieces of darkish fabric fuzz stuck in the resin (I think that’s the coating?). Not super obvious from a distance, but it is when you’re closer. Functionally great, just some cosmetic imperfections. The seller was really wonderful and included a long handwritten note when I mentioned that it was my first pride. Love the variety of representation and the different options for pin styles.
