As this community means so much to us and we want you to have unique designs for your customised purposes, this makes it not possible for us to re-use or resell material that you have returned to us. Therefore we cannot accept returns on any printed products. Please see our terms and conditions for information on this - terms and conditions. If there is a fault or a mistake on your order, our team is more than happy to help you resolve it and replace or refund your order accordingly. If you you have any issues, please email our team at hello@fashion-formula.com and they will do all they can to help you.

Wholesale availability

We offer wholesale discounts for artists, designers and small businesses - for qualifying businesses. Contact us to apply for your discount.

We recommend washing all our fabrics at 30c, no tumble dry and line dry.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We offer a gift box that fits up to 1m of fabric in it, or 4 fat quarters. You can order this at checkout when you place your order

Current turnaround and shipping times

We aim to ship all orders within 2-5 working days ( Monday - Friday). We currently offer tracked Royal Mail delivery which usually takes 1-3 days to UK, 3-9 working days to Europe and 4-10 working days to USA. Should you need something quicker, please always feel free to message us. We cannot always promise we can do something as this depends on production loading on that week, but we will try our best to accomodate your request.

Our Eco-Friendly printing techniques use 95% less energy than traditional screen printing and require no additional water.
Printed with water-based inks that meet the Oeke-tex 100 and GOTS 5.0 standards.
