If you don't choose personalised artwork, cassette will arrive in an original, authentic sleeve and can then be customised by you as shown in last two images. Please note that the cassette brand may differ to the brand on the sleeve (as the cassette is a generic cassette) but the cassette itself is still top quality.

In addition, if you would like to provide me audio directly for your order, please send me a message on Etsy after you have made your order and we can discuss this.

Finally, if you would like a custom order such as a a shorter length cassette or a coloured cassette or any questions at all, just send me a message and I will look into it for you :)

**Disclaimers**:
- Playlists (both combined) do not have to reach the 30/60/90/100/120 minutes specified but they cannot exceed it.
- The length of both of your playlists needs to be below the length of each side of the cassette you order e.g. for a 90 minute cassette, both your playlists need to be below 45 minutes each OR for a 120 minute cassette both your playlists need to be below 60 mins each.
- 120 minute cassettes are very rare and sometimes do not reach the full 60 minutes per side. They are more like 58 minutes on each side and this is reflected in the price I am selling them so please adjust your playlist accordingly.
- If your playlist exceeds the required length, my system will record up until the required length and the rest of your playlist will be automatically cut off.
- The songs are added to the Cassette in the order of your playlist so if you want your songs in a particular order, please place your playlist in that order.
- For orders with artwork, delivery time is dependent on how quickly you respond to questions or ideas for your artwork
- All cassettes used are top quality!
- Cassettes naturally have an authentic static like sound so you will be getting this in the mixtape. But that only adds to the nostalgic and retro like feeling of the cassette, your music will be clearly heard :)
- I use a Technics RSB505 to check audio quality and it is excellent.
- Please note that for orders more than 2 cassettes, it might take a little longer than the processing time to complete it but please send me a message if you need clarification.
- No refunds, however if there are any issues, please let me know.
