Let these holiday tags help you with your gift wrapping game when packing up your charcoal based beauty/health item gifts, or your coal inspired treats (like the black colored popcorn balls or Oreo Truffles). Attach to your gift bag or box as a sticker, as a tag strung through with a ribbon or paper, or hanging by some string through a punched hole. We recommend printing them on sticker or thicker card stock paper. If punching holes, we also recommend placing a bit of clear tape on the back of the tag where the hole will be for extra support against tearing once ribbon or string are in use.

• After purchase, your files will be available for instant download from Etsy. Etsy will process your payment and once clear your Digital files will be sent to you, by Etsy, to your etsy registered email or the email you provided as a guest.

So how soon you can download your files depends entirely on how fast Etsy can process your payment, and if there are any delays or difficulties with processing, you’ll want to be talking to Etsy, (us sellers have no part in payment processing, like at all.)

• **Since these have a lot of color we do recommend sending or bringing them to a print shop, like an office max/depot or online equivalent, to save you from using up all your ink, because these definitely will.**
• Be sure to set print settings to no scaling, to minimize the chance of your printer shrinking the designs to fit within their print space boundaries.
• Colors will vary from monitor ((computer screen) color mode RGB) to print (color mode CMYK). The colors will change a bit when you print them, it’s just how it is, it’s the laws of print. **We provide the design in file format, if the file can be opened and viewed and appears correctly on screen this is all that we are offering and are guaranteeing on our end, what happens on your end is all in your hands.
• Therefore TurtleNotes will not be held responsible for any printing errors that may occur. Sorry we cannot help with printing problems, that's between you, your computer and your printer (there are too many variables that can only be handled on your end to be able to efficiently help). We find Google quite helpful with troubleshooting printing problems. Usually a quick google search stating your issue or question will help you out. Google is always helpful, we love Google. If you are having issues opening and/or viewing the files then by all means message us and we’ll see what we can do to help. However, if you don’t feel comfortable handling digital files on your own, than this item is not for you.
• These are standard jpeg and pdf files and should be able to be printed from any computer to any printer. However this does not mean that any program can open them. (Which leads us to), These jpegs will not open in Adobe Acrobat Reader, please use the pdf format files instead,
