Packaged not arriving in a timely manner

It is our goal to process, package and ship your order within 72 hours to make sure you receive it in the way we would want to receive it. Tracking info is updated on your order. We use plastic bags to help try to keep your order clean & free from accidents. After your order is shipped, we cannot be responsible if your package is lost, stolen, delivered or undeliverable. If it is returned to us due to incorrect address it is the buyers responsibility to repay shipping fees to reship your items. We will help you locate the package by providing all relevant tracking information, but we DO NOT reship or refund your order. We dont file claims. Please call your local your Post Office and/or local Customs Office if this occurs.

Listing Photos & Coloring

We try our best to represent true coloring of our products in our shop, however please keep in mind a few things: EACH and EVERY device you are looking at coloring varies from screen to screen. Stock photos used from manufacturers might be off in color vs the real item. This is a computer created picture the manufacturer approves of their fabric to represent their product. If you have a question on any of the coloring, ASK before you buy.

The Photos Used Our Shop

The Pictures on each of our listings -- (unless computer generated from manufacturers; also known as Stock photos.... you can tell which those are, and they sometimes vary in color from the actual product) are taken in our shop and are copyrighted. They are not for use in other shops to sell your product. Time is spent photographing each product to help our customers make excellent decisions. Thanks for not reusing our photographs.

When placing an order in our shop or on any online entity, PLEASE be sure your address IS CORRECT!! We can't stress this information enough. IF your order has the incorrect address, your order may not arrive to you. We can't replace or refund your order if it is shipped to the wrong address. We can only hope your order is returned to us, (can be up to 30 days) and we will contact you for re-shipment fees. Please check your shipping address before placing any orders.

FREE Shipping applies to orders placed at One time $75/plus before tax. Orders placed over a couple days that do not meet that $75/requirement for free shipping do not apply for free shipping. This is not an accumulative opportunity to hold items and get free shipping. We try to combine but it is not always possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Keep in mind that if you choose to PRE-wash your fabric (its all a personal preference, I choose NOT to), The fabric is 100% cotton and Every fabric vendor is different.... There is always a chance it Will shrink, dis-stort in shape & potentially un-ravel or fray on the edges. We cut to order, and IF it shrinks after washing, you might not have enough for your specific needs. **** Please plan and purchase accordingly.

We Do Not Accept Any Returns

We do not accept Returns. We do not accept Returns on items such as books, patterns, accessories, cut Fabric or Any ordered fabric cut OR uncut. Understanding the custom nature for each order placed per customer, we do Not Accept Returns. Please choose your selections wisely.

Shipping to Puerto Rico

Mail sent to Puerto Rico is not always reliable so please be sure if you choose to purchase from Puerto Rico and ship to Puerto Rico -- be sure your address is correct-- which is helpful and important..... but the mail it still UN- RELIABLE to Puerto Rico from the continental US. We are NOT responsible for lost mail!

If your package has been marked delivered by usps, 1ST -ask your household if someone brought it in and forgot to mention it. 2ND -ask your neighbors if they got it by mistake. Lastly -take the tracking number to your local post office and ask them to help you locate the package that the postal carrier marked delivered. We cant replace or reship or refund delivered packages.

We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items from our shop. If an item you purchased is now on sale, we do not offer a refund for the difference. Thank you for your understanding.
