The Story I heard, was that in the 1930's to help Sales, a Soap Company advertised that in some of their soap boxes contained a Diamond Ring. However, what you found if you were lucky, was a dime made into a Ring. I enjoyed the story and now I will make them. I never pursued if the story was true or not. Besides false advertising lives on today.
