1. Can you customize existing items or make a custom item just for me?

Yes. Custom orders are more than welcome. We try our best to make you a piece to accommodate your preference in size, style, length, etc., and often at no extra cost! Send us a custom order request or convo!

2. Can you make me a matching bracelet to go with my necklace (or vice versa)?

In most cases, yes – we can absolutely make you a matching jewelry piece, even if it isn’t otherwise listed in our shop. In certain cases, however, the materials may be out of stock or discontinued. Please convo us to make a special request.

3. When will my item ship?

We pride ourselves on getting orders shipped in the shortest time frame possible. General processing time is 1-3 business days. Although it is not common, if an order will take longer to ship, we will update our processing times, and this will automatically populate a more accurate time frame using Etsy's delivery estimate system.

4. When will I receive my item?

BMV is proud to offer FREE U.S. SHIPPING via USPS First Class Mail for all orders over $35! This method usually takes between 3-5 business days. However, we do offer several shipping upgrade options via USPS Priority Mail at very competitive rates if you need your order quicker.

5. I live outside the United States. Does BMV ship internationally?

Absolutely! BMV offers USPS International shipping rates with upgrade options. Please be advised that international orders may incur additional fees and/or taxes upon receipt. These are not charged by BMV or Etsy, and, therefore, the seller is responsible for paying any additional customs fees.

6. My order arrived and it doesn't fit or something is damaged. What should I do?

Our primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged or unsatisfactory item, PLEASE SEND US A MESSAGE IMMEDIATELY before contacting Etsy or leaving a review. We guarantee we will work with you to completely resolve the issue.
