Perfect summer bed and made for outside. My customers buy the mesh because they also live in an area where it's also hot. Designed especially for extended outdoor used. I use Phifertex Pet Screen Open Weave Mesh sewed twice with Sunbrella thread.

Every stitch is reinforced at beginning and end and each thread is hand tied. Corners and all outside edges are also reinforced with 18 oz 100% waterproof denier when I sew the marine binding on. Marine binding on all 6 sides and corners.

You have a choice of any of our available 11 Phifertex open weave mesh colors:
Navy. Spruce Green. Red. Royal Blue. Ash Gray. Almond. Black. Orange. Yellow. White. Camel.

#1) To get the right pet cot: Measure from the tip of the nose to the rear where the tail starts, when your pet is lying down. Add at least 4 inches to 6 inches to the measurements to get the right size pet cot. If not sure go to the next size.

#2) The corners are finished with marine binding, I also using a 1/2" strip of 18 oz at the corners and sides of the dog cot. The inside corners of the pet cot. The binding makes a nice finish to the pet cot.

#3) "Non skid black pads" for the feet. Will not move when your dog gets into it.

#4) I use 1 1/4" schedule 40-pvc (1 5/8" outside dimensions) industrial grade pipe for the frame and legs of the dog cot. I cut the pieces to size, sand the edges, wash it and wrap it in paper. Perfect for outside use. No parts on the pet cot will corrode.

#5) It's very easy to clean. Just hose off and air dry. I will also give you cleaning instructions for washing and drying cover.

#6) The pet cot will come disassembled. The only tool that you will need is a rubber mullet hammer to put the pet cot together. The pieces will go on tight and will stay intact. Easy instructions with pictures included.

#7) I use an industrial sewing machine and Sunguard polyester thread for my dog cots. Sewed three times twice about 2” apart on three sides of the pet cot. Then sewed twice for the zipper and hook and loop.

#8) My cots are perfect for: homeowners, animal shelters, dog daycare centers, kennels, dog groomers, veterinarians and pet resorts. Makes an ideal gift for dogs and cats lovers.

#9) Please note: the pictures of the dogs on the dog beds are from my customers. All of my dog beds are brand new. My beds are made when ordered.
