I ordered a ring with a dog's nose print and name engraved into it. The ring turned out absolutely gorgeous, and is the perfect reminder of our sweet dog. Lynn was wonderful to work with, she asked questions about the design to clarify what we wanted, and made adjustments as needed. Whenever we had a slight issue with shipping, she was very quick to respond and was kind enough to offer us a refund for the shipping.
