The perfect tulle skirt for Halloween or for all kinds of fun events! This tutu is UV reactive, it glows under black lights (not glow in the dark) Makes for the perfect witch tutu for adults. The skirt is made in XS to Plus size. This tutu skirt is handmade from 100yards of 6" strips of tulle in Black and neon citrus glimmer Bridal tulle. Neon citrus is like a mix between neon yellow and neon green, and glimmer gives it a shine. (not to be confused with glitter) All tulle is tightly machine gathered, sewn and serged to the fabric covered elastic waistband. This tutu is fully sewn, it is not tied tulle. It is machine washable and dryer safe. This tutu skirt is made to be around knee length, tutu is shown at 20" long but can be made from 16"-24"

This tutu design can also be hand scrunched up for volume, or combed straight with your fingers for a flatter look. The small pieces allows you to make it crazy looking if you want to.

Please note I use the same amount of material no matter what size is bought. A Xlarge size may seem more see through or a little less poofy, but it is the same amount of tulle.If you would like extra tulle added please contact me before buying for a custom order.
