WHERE CAN I FIND MY CORJL TEMPLATE?

You can easily find your Corjl template by going to: Corjl.com. You can either log-in or create a free account. When you are logged in, you can enter your Etsy order ID (be sure there are no extra spaces when typing the order number).

I CAN'T FIND MY INSTANT DOWNLOAD (PDF)

If you didn't receive the email with the link to download - you can always access your files by going under YOUR ACCOUNT (at the top of the Etsy page) then clicking on PURCHASES - there you will see a download button. **Please note that you will ONLY be able to download your PDF to a computer, not to a mobile device or phone.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
