What if my glassware arrives broken?

We take extreme care in packaging our products. Sadly, the Ace Ventura package delivery scenario does happen occasionally. If your glassware arrives broken, we will be happy to ship you a replacement or offer a full refund. Simply send us a picture of the broken item (with the design visible) within 3 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Can you do custom or personalized orders?

Yes, we can do custom and personalized orders! Whether you need tumblers with your corporate logo, custom wine glasses for your wedding, or a totally unique gift, contact us and we will work with you to design something that you and your guests will fall in love with!

I like a design I see in the shop...except one element. Can I subtract this element from the design?

Yes, absolutely. Any of our designs can be modified to subtract something that doesn't strike your fancy. Just send us a message or place your request in the notes section upon checkout. During high volume times, our order processing time may need to be adjusted a bit, but we will work to get the modified design out as fast as possible!

I like a design I see in the shop...but I want to make a modification. Is this possible?

Often, yes. Contact us and we will work with you to let you know what's possible. Our designs are tested over and over again until we find the settings that make the design really pop on the glass. So if we are making a major modification, we may need some extra time to optimize settings to make sure that YOUR item looks good, and it's not just a guess on our part. Additional fees may apply for custom work.

I like a design I see in the shop...but I want to add personalization. Is this possible?

Yes! We can add names, initials, monograms, etc. to almost any product or incorporate them into any design. Send us a message and we will work with you to make it happen. Additional fees may apply for custom work.

Can I pay for expedited shipping?

Yes. Send us a message to let us know your timeframe and we will work with you on shipping options to get your item to you when you need it!

My package is lost in transit. What do I do?

We ship ALL of our products with tracking numbers, so that you can track your package on its way to you. When a package is lost in transit, the first step is to file a missing mail claim here: https://usps.force.com/emailus/s/ Just copy and paste your tracking number into the search field, provide your contact information, and click submit. This will trigger USPS to do a search for your package at the relevant post office(s). Often packages that have gone missing will turn up after a missing mail search request is filed. If this doesn't resolve the issue, contact us and we will make it right. We can't control what happens to packages once they are tendered to USPS, but this is a frustrating situation and we feel your pain.

I didn't receive a tracking number or I deleted the e-mail with my tracking number. Can you send it to me?

Of course! We ship ALL of our products with tracking numbers, so if you don't receive one (or accidentally delete it), just reach out to us and we can send it to you!
