I accept custom orders, please message me with your requests so we can have a chat about your requirements. This includes choice of fabrics.

All my packaging is plastic free. my boxes are secured with brown paper parcel tape.
I will recycle cardboard where I can to enforce my brown paper envelopes. No plastic containers or bags will be used for my packaging unless they are reused.
All the stickers I use are made with a compostable backing sheet and my product packaging is made from recycled card.

All of my products come with care instructions on the packaging band.

If you are not home when your order is attempted to be delivered a calling note should be left for you to arrange collection. Packages are held for 2 weeks usually.

Returned orders:
non collected orders or orders which have been unable to be delivered will be returned to me usually within 2 weeks. Once the item has returned i will offer the customer to resend at their cost or refund minus original postage cost. Items being re-posted will have the additional postage cost to pay before hand.

If your order is being returned from over seas where an import tax may be in place, you must mark the item as a return. Any import taxes incurred on its return journey will result in the costs being deducted from the original value of the refund.
