What attachments do your tags come with?

All pet tags come with both a 16mm Split ring as well as a D ring for attachment. You can find them under the cotton in the box your tag comes in.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I BUY?

All our listings include an image with our general size guide along with measurements of each tag, but you’ll find that these suggestions are general & that specific lbs/breeds are not listed. This is because everyone’s vision for their tag is personal! One person’s Shih Tzu might weigh the same as another persons Min Pin, & yet one of them might prefer a more dainty mini tag while the other might opt for a more prominent medium tag. Just as our Large bone is VERY large, some might find it too big for their XLdog, while others might love how much it stands out. If you are struggling to decide, the best thing you can do is grab your ruler & measure on a piece of paper each size you are considering to get a better feel for the sizes.

I received my tag and something isn't quite right!

Please always reach out to us if you have an issue with your order! We take pride in providing top quality products and customer service, but as we are only humans and not highly efficient robots - we sometimes make mistakes (alas). Just shoot us a message if we have made any kind of an error in your tag we will happily send you a brand new corrected tag at no cost to you.

HOW TO ORDER
When checking out please include the following information in your personalization requests

• Pet name for front of tag - Please be sure to type the name exactly how you want it printed (Josie vs JOSIE for instance) *Please be advised that cursive fonts cannot be printed in all capital letters and that some fonts ONLY offer all capital letters --- please see the 6th image in this listing for a more detailed look at the options available for each font*
• Up to the 3 lines of customization for the back of a mini tag, and up to 4 lines for all other sizes This can include a phone number, street address, or any other information you'd like.

--Please keep in mind the shape of your tag when choosing text--
For instance - heart tags are wider at the top than the bottom, consider putting the street address first and phone number underneath so that all your text can fit more largely on the tag.

**Please note that we do not provide mockups before shipping unless specifically requested**

* A word of caution to chewers! Please be advised that many puppies go through a teething phase at some point. If you’ve been through it you know, nothing within reach is safe! While our tags are very durable, nothing can stand up to a relentless chewer. If you find your puppy to be able to reach and chew their tags during this phase, we would recommend holding off on purchasing or putting up your tag until this period passes. While no tag is truly chew proof, we would hate for you to make the purchase of a special item only to have it rendered unusable.
