Since there are a variety of products that we offer, packaging is based on dimensional requirements in order to ensure protection while in transit.

Can you tell me more about color accuracy?

Due to the wide variation in color accuracy between what you see on your screen and what can physically be printed in real life, total color accuracy is not guaranteed. We do our best to provide an accurate representation of what will be printed prior to completing your order.

How much time do I have to approve or reject a custom mockup?

Mockups for custom orders will be automatically sent to production after 72 hours of no response from the customer. Please communicate changes within that timeframe. Approvals made within the 72 hour window period will enter the production queue upon approval.

How does this work?

1) You purchase with the options you want and include an explanation of the design you want. You can also send pictures using Etsy Conversations.
2) We discuss any details and I create a mockup of what the flag will look like
3) You approve or suggest edits until you approve
4) I proceed with production
5) You receive your flag by mail

Minimal graphic design work is already included in the cost! Enjoy 2 free revisions after the initial mock up (based on your explanation to me).

I always go above & beyond to make sure your flag is designed exactly how you want it. Please do your best to communicate what you want to me so I can efficiently turn it into reality for you.

Style:
Single sided: Image is printed on 1 side of the fabric, and its mirror image is visible through the reverse side. Light weight.
Double sided: Image is printed on 2 pieces of fabric and then sewn together with a shade liner in the middle. More durable.

Pocket Sleeve - Allows a flagpole to be inserted into a pocket sleeve on the flag - closed on top, 2 fabric ties at the opening
Open Sleeve - Allows a flagpole to be inserted into an open sleeve on the flag - open on top and bottom, 2 fabric ties at each opening
4 grommets - Metal grommets that can be used as attachment points set into a black or white reinforcement triangle

Ordering the flag was so simple. After you order, you send an email with what images, background color you want, and even the layout of the flag. They send you a mock up and once approved, it was made and shipped quickly. I have now bought 2 and they are always great quality. The material is thick and sturdy and great for the outdoors or indoors. 10/10 recommend!
