I've lost the instructions for my kit! How do I get another copy?

If you cannot find your files please message me through Etsy or send me an email (Jessica@JessicaLongEmbroidery.com) and I will be happy to resend them. Sometimes they end up in spam, sometimes they go to an old email address that Etsy has on file. Just send me a note and I will make sure you get all of the information you need to complete your project!

I am new to hand embroidery. What do I need to know to get started?

Please enjoy a copy my beginner hand embroidery guide with every PDF and kit purchase. It will walk you through materials and supplies (hoops, needles, fabric, floss, etc), getting started (hooping up, anchoring floss, etc), and transferring your pattern to fabric. Plus you will find an illustrated stitch guide. Are the guidelines on the printed fabric (included in embroidery kits) permanent?

Yes! So please be sure to cover them with your stitching. If you prefer blank fabric (to transfer the design yourself) please ask.
