Turnaround time for wedding veils varies from 2-4 weeks or longer for bespoke veils. Turnaround time for bridal garters is 1-2 weeks and tulle swatches 2-3 business days.

Please choose your item carefully as all of our veils and garters are made to order and we do not create pieces as 'try before you buy' items.
Please make sure that you have the correct colour and size before purchasing a veil. I highly suggest you to order some tulle swatches to match with the colour of your dress. Please convo me if you are unsure about the type of tulle to order or if you have any questions.

Yes, I do accept rush orders for no extra fee. I do understand that in most cases brides could only decide on the veil at their first dress fitting, which is approx 4-6 weeks before their wedding day. I will try my best to help you to make sure you get the veil on time by speeding up the production time/prioritising your order but please convo me for this before ordering. You will need to give at least 5-7 days for deliveries within Australia but if you are OVERSEAS, you need to give least 2-4 weeks time for the shipment prior to your wedding date, other than this Express courier service will be an option and I can give you more details on this upon request.

We do accept custom orders but limited to certain styles/designs and embellishments. Please contact us for custom orders.

White comes in different shades and so does ivory. Your ivory wedding dress could be other designer's silk white, candle white, diamond white, light ivory or white. If you look at the ivory wedding dresses at your bridal salon, you will be able to notice the differences in the colour tones and shades. If you are unsure about the veil colour to go with your dress, I would suggest that you order our tulle swatches but keep in mind that delivery could take up to 2-3 weeks to reach you if you are not in Australia, Express Post delivery is available upon request.

You are more than welcome to send me a picture of your dress for veil advice, I'm here to help. But also remember that this is your wedding, you can wear any veil you like :)

We only accept cancellation if the cancellation request is made within 2 days of purchase. We do not accept cancellations on rush orders.
