Cute, comfortable, great customer service! I failed to consider my own neck size and the chain was too short when I got it, but the seller was kind enough to send me a few extra inches of chain.

Reached out to the seller about an out-of-stock collar option. They gave me a detailed and informative response, and I ordered, and they provided updates on when it would be ready to ship. The collar looks exactly as described, solidly built, exactly what I was looking for. It really felt like an old-school Etsy transaction with an independent crafter.
