Payment Plan:We offer payment plan,you can pay weekly or monthly,we will keep your rings as long as 100 days.The item will be started to make once the first payment is received.For any reason the payment is not paid in full,the shop will keep $50 as a re-stock fee and handcraft fee,others will be refunded immediately.

Return policy:We offer 30 days return policy,if there has any problems on quality within 30 days,we are willing to fix it or make a new one for you to exchange,of course,it is available to return it for a full refund.
However,if there has personal reasons by return (no quality's problems on item),handcraft fee ($50 per one ring),restocking fee($30 per one ring) and shipping fee ($20) are required,they will be cut from your original payment,others will be refunded once the return is received.

Shipping:The item comes with a ring box,and is shipped by DHL or USPS normally,if you have any requests on the shipping,please let me know.

Engraving:it is available,we can engrave for you without any charge (Up To 10 Letters). But since the engraving ring is custom made only for you,it is returnable and refundable,thanks for your understanding.

Custom Order:We are glad to make custom rings for you,we will create a new listing for you to place custom order after all confirmations,and once the order is received,3D rendering will be made for you to confirm before making the actual ring.But the custom ring is made only for you,it can't be accepted to return,if there has any quality problems within 30 days,we will fix it for you.

Extremely pleased with my new wedding band. It looks better than I imagined, and the seller worked hard at ensuring it would fit perfectly with my engagement ring since it has a donut and I wanted it to sit flush. She made any adjustments I wanted without hassle. I do wish the ring was shipped via FedEx or UPS and not USPS because it is very slow and it’s not as safe if it were to be lost, in my opinion. Otherwise, would recommend over and over. Thank you for my gorgeous new wedding band!!
