Most of the dolls already sold can be made again, as similar as possible, or you can suggest a character to make, in which case we will request for pictures or drawings to establish all the details and a free estimate will be made for you.

*Malena Large, 2019, bjd, 18-21 joints, 34-37 cms. tall

*Pinkies, five joints, 11-12 cms. tall;

*Medium bjd dolls, mold Meiko, 18 joints, 27-29 cms. tall .

*Gelflings, 18 joints, 17-22 cms. tall

This sizes can vary according to the type of porcelain slip used and the behavior of the kiln. In each loading can occur shrinking variations.

Boys , 32 cms. tall

*Maxine, 18 joints, 55 cms. tall;

*Lucienne, 18 joints, 49 cms. tall.

*1:12 miniatures for dollshouses, four wire assembled joints, 15-17 cms. tall.

Unless we state the contrary, they are NOT painted with china; they are painted with acrylics, pastels and cretas, and protected with satin lacquer.
Can be cleaned with a soft wet cloth. Do not try to scratch the doll surface or to apply solvents on it. Do not remove the leather protection.
Maintain the doll safe from humidity and exrtreme conditions that can damage the doll. Do not force the joints. Do not submerge in water.
If something ever happens to your doll, ask for repairs. We don't sent loose pieces, you need to ship the doll back to be fixed . A fee will be applied according to the extent of the damage. Shipping cost is on buyer. It is possible that the new pieces will not be exactly equal to the original in shape and color.

You can ask for layaway, from two to twelve installments. The doll will be shipped once full balance is paid.
If you choose two installments the second one can be paid once doll is finished. From three to twelve installments, payments must be made monthly and the finishing of the doll will be moved to the end of the waiting list. The value of the shipping can be splitted between installments or to be added to the last one.

The doll will be shipped when full balance is paid. Shipment is made through DHL Express only, takes 4-5 business days to arrive to destiny . For Asia can take up to two weeks. Delays can occur due to customs policies of each country.

If you can't find your country in the shipping section, please ask for the value before to purchase and we will add your country to the shipping profile.

Each country has their own custom policies and regulations, ask to your postal office for the conditions to import.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please take in count what delays you can expect from your customs.

Once the deposit is made, a time frame in our schedule will be reserved to make your doll. The time varies according the complexity of the doll and the available appointment spaces. See each particular item description to see the current estimated delivery dates.

Once the order is placed, a time frame in our schedule is reserved to make the doll.
We make several dolls at a time, due to the size of our kiln. The processing time is 6-10 weeks from the beginning of the process, depending of the details included in the doll. Blank dolls take less time than full costumed ones. This time frame is estimative, can be extended if anything fails during the firing, the porcelain is fragile during this step of the process and can suffer cracks or warping, in which case the pieces must be casted, cleaned and fired again.
