Please refer to the individual listings for exact construction & material information for the item you are ordering. ** To change, upgrade, or combine materials and/or construction types, please contact us for a custom quote.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS? CAN I RECEIVE A DIGITAL PROOF OF MY CUSTOM DESIGN?

Yes, we do! For pricing & info on a custom project, please contact us directly. We will request a few details from you about your project (i.e. size, shape, graphics & text info, etc.). Once we have all the details together, we will build a personalized price quote for you to review. If you would like to move forward, we will send you a link for purchase. Once purchase is complete, we will begin working on your custom design. A digital proof of the design will be provided to you for preview within approximately 2-7 business days of purchase. Due to the amount of time it takes to create custom designs, we cannot create proofs prior to purchase, but a non-refundable deposit may be acceptable in some instances, depending on the project.

DO YOU PROVIDE DIGITAL PROOFS FOR STANDARD ITEMS WITH PERSONALIZATION?

Proofs for standard items are available by request. If you’d like to preview a proof, please include a note with your order. Once your order is placed, we’ll create your proof and send it within 24 hours or less. You’ll have 1 hour to review it and let us know if anything needs correction. After that review window, we’ll begin manufacturing your item as shown in the proof. Please note that we’re not able to provide proofs prior to purchase.

WHAT FINISHES ARE AVAILABLE?

►POWDER COATED COLOR: Color charts are in the Photos of each listing. If your preferred color is not listed in the drop-down, select “Other” & type the color name in the personalization box. Candy colors are transparent; any flaws that exist in the metal will be visible on the final sign. ►NATURAL METAL: Uncoated raw metal & metal w/ clear coat only are available. Uncoated steel will rust over time. Aluminum will not. Any imperfections (natural or man-made) that exist on uncoated or clear coated metal WILL be visible on the final sign. ►A HANDBRUSHED FINISH is available for aluminum only. Hand brushing varies; no two signs will be alike. Brushed signs are sealed with a clear coat. ►ACRYLIC is available in clear, white, frosted or color.

IS MOUNTING HARDWARE INCLUDED?

It depends! Most standard items ordered with 1/4" holes include color-matching screws. Some products require you to choose your mounting hardware at checkout. Items ordered without holes, as well as certain design styles, do not include hardware. Please check the listing details for your specific item to see exactly what’s included. DOES MY ORDER QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

Most orders ship for free! Our free shipping guarantee covers standard ground shipping services for any standard order over $35.00 that is shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. Please contact us for a shipping quote for any item going to ALASKA, HAWAII, U.S. TERRITORIES, & APO ADDRESSES. Please note that we are unable to guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays in transit. We do not offer refunds for packages delayed in transit. We will file a claim for any lost package after 28 days & send a new package pending approval of the claim. Oversized packages, rush shipping orders, custom signs that require truckline shipping services, or returned package shipments may incur added shipping fees.

CAN THESE SIGNS BE USED OUTDOORS?

Yes! In most cases, our signs are safe for outdoor use with only minimal care & maintenance! All colored or coated signs are safe for initial outdoor use right out of the box. Please refer to the care & maintenance section for instructions on how to keep your sign looking great year after year! If you are located within a 75-mile radius of saltwater, steel metal signs will require frequent care & maintenance to protect the powder coating & metal from the harshness of saltwater exposure. Aluminum is the best material choice for outdoor use near saltwater as it is more durable in a marine environment (upgrade required). Lighted signs may require a weatherproof junction box over the electrical unit to protect from the elements.

WHAT KIND OF CARE & MAINTENANCE WILL MY SIGN REQUIRE?

All signs should be handled with care. Colored or clear coated metal signs are protected by a high-grade UV-resistant powder coat finish. Powder coating is durable but not indestructible. We recommend cleaning your item occasionally with a soft cloth, mild dish soap and water. Never use any cleaner on your item that you would not use on your car. Additionally, any item that is displayed outdoors should be clear coated at least once every 2-3 years with a metal-grade clear paint. Items displayed near saltwater environments will require more frequent cleanings and clear coats to protect against corrosion and rust. If your item becomes damaged in any way, you will need to immediately apply a clear coat to the sign to cover any exposed metal.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note that we create each item based on the personalization details submitted on each individual order. Please double check your spelling, punctuation, and color/size/mounting selections prior to submitting the order. We are unable to remake items due to incorrect selections or submissions. If an error is made on our part, we will replace the item for you at no charge.
