What do I do if there's something wrong with my files?

In this case kindly contact me and I will gladly fix them for you. Sometimes things go wonk when exporting.

How do I get my files?

Once purchased, head over to your profile tab, scroll down to purchases and reviews, you will find your downloads there. Should it not be there for some reason, kindly message me, then I will email them to you.

Do you offer refunds?

No, these are only digital files - because it's digital files it's easy to say "oh I can't open it, or download the files" We can 100% see if you've downloaded something, but unfortunately once downloaded we have no guarantee that you will not continue to use the files, thus no refunds will be done.

If I have a custom order or request, could I message you?

Sure, If we are able to we will design the item for you. Please don't ask us to make exact designs other designers made, support them, we all work hard to sell files at reasonable prices. This is our time and effort that goes into these projects - respect our work please.

You will receive a ZIP folder (Sometimes there’s more than one due to size or updates) with the following:

❤︎ 1 SVG file (Can be opened with various programs including Inkscape and Design Space)
❤︎ 1 DXF file
❤︎ 1 AI file (Adobe Illustrator - I open these on my Chinese 100w laser)
❤︎ 1 CDR file (CorelDraw x19)
❤︎ 1 PDF file

Should you require a different file format or year please ask me and I will see what I can do.

♥︎ All files are Glowforge Ready and will work on most other lasers, if your laser supports one of the formats supplied.

Files that does not have “teeth” (slot into one another) can be enlarged easily. I would suggest downloading Inkscape or other freeware if you want to edit something, not all laser programs are able to edit in the same ways. (functions differ)

Colour codes for files are as follow:
❤︎ Red: Cut lines
❤︎ Black: Engrave lines
❤︎ Green: Score lines

Should your machine use different colours, kindly change them before cutting.

☆ Select “Reviews and Purchases”
☆ You will then be able to see your purchases.
☆ If for some reason you are unable to download the files, kindly message me and I will send the files via Email.
