All of our wool felt items are dry clean only. Do not wash as it will continue to shrink. Treat it like your favorite cashmere sweater.

Refunds available within 14 days of order. If we made an oopsie on your order, we will ship you the correct item at no charge. If you change your mind and want to return what you purchased, you will need to cover the shipping.

Buyers are responsible for all customs duty/tariff that your government imposes. We do not know what those charges may be so please research this information in advance and make an informed decision before making a purchase in our shop.

We process most orders within 1-2 business days. Our business days are M-F. We are NOT open on weekends.

Customer Service Hours

We try to answer all your inquiries as soon as possible. We respond to messages between 8:30 am - 3 pm M-F. If you messaged us over the weekend, please understand that it may take us a few hours on Monday to get to your inquiry as there may be a pile of messages from the weekend that needs our attentions.

Custom and personalized orders

We don't offer customized felt shapes our colors. However, if there is a felt shape that we currently sell and you want to change the color using an existing color we also already carry, we may be able to customize it for you with a certain minimum purchase requirement. Please reach out if this describes your project. What we DO NOT do is provide custom needle felted shapes.

We take great pride in the quality of everything we sell. If any of our products are not up to your quality standards then we will do everything we can to redeem ourselves. Just reach out to us and we'll address all your concerns promptly.

Options:

1) FELT BACKED: We bond the fabric to our luxurious 100% merino wool felt. Our felt backed fabric is fray resistant so you can cut it the same way you would cut our wool felt. We carefully evaluate each fabric and we adjust our bonding process to maintain the softest hand possible while minimizing frays. In general, the finer and/or thinner the fabric (e.g., Liberty lawn) the softer the felt back fabric will be whereas heavier weighted fabrics will have a different hand.

The felt backed fabric has up to a 0.25" variance in height and/or width. Purchases of multiple pieces of the same size will be shipped as separate pieces, not as a continuous piece. If you need larger pieces than what is listed, please contact us as we do offer the felt backs up to 16" x 36" in size. Felt used to back fabric is made of 100% merino wool in a coordinating color matching the fabric. Please note that the heat bonding process results in a product that is stiffer than the fabric or the wool felt individually. For cutting, we recommend using a sharp scissor or steel rule dies (e.g., dies compatible with Sizzix Big Shot). Thin wafer dies may not cut through the material. Felt backed fabric cannot be machine washed since it is bonded to 100% wool. Dry clean or spot clean only.

2) FABRIC ONLY: This fabric print is sold in 1/2 yard increments. The full width of fabric is 44”. When possible, we will ship fabric in a continuous piece but that is not guaranteed. If you MUST have it in a continuous piece, please leave a note when you check out. If we are unable to accommodate that request, we will contact you before processing your order.

** Unless there is a defect with fabric, all bias binding and fabric purchases are final. Once the fabric has been cut for you, you may not return it. If the item is defective for any reason, we will gladly accept the return or exchange.
