2. If ordering a set of shirts with different sizes and colors, please add the different color and size one at a time.
3.If you choose shirts with Front or Back or Front & Back Customization please provide Initial/Name/Monogram(Monograms in first/LAST/middle order) or title or both in “Add your personalization (optional)" box.
Personalization will be crafted using gold glitter vinyl. If you prefer personalization in white color, please specify this in the notes to the seller.
4. Shipping cost will be combined and adjusted according to the quantity of shirts ordered.

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving robes and send them back to us within 7 days. The robe must be in original condition. Our address is the Return Address on the package.
For returns, we will refund you the price of the robe, not including original or return shipping. For exchanges, the buyer is responsible for the shipping of the robe back to us. No returns/exchanges will be accepted on personalized robes.

Please send return/exchange within 3 business days of receiving the item. It must be in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair.
For returns, we will refund the price of the dress, not including shipping. For exchanges, the buyer is also responsible for the postage required for the new dress. I ordered the normal size dress in rust for my daughter who is 173cm and has 90 kg. The Material is good and the dress flattering. We might have to shorten it but are very happy with the result. Delivery and communication Was fast.
