At this time all of our signs are Made to Order. Please allow up to 7 business days for regular orders to be processed, prior to shipping. Custom orders may take up to 4 weeks to complete. Rush orders may be available upon request, for an additional charge.

Custom and personalized orders

We always welcome custom orders! Please be as descriptive as possible and be sure to include your preferred colors, sizes, stain preference and design ideas. As a courtesy to other makers and artists, please avoid sending images of a design that you would like replicated. We will do our absolute best to provide you with an original design. We will email a design draft for your approval before making your product. Please allow for approximately 3 weeks for processing time. *Additional Fees will apply* Returns will not be accepted for custom or personalized requests as I unfortunately cannot resell those items. We want you happy with your experience and will gladly work with you to provide a positive outcome.

Each listing is for a single product (unless otherwise specified), in the size and design specified in each individual listing. The signs you are viewing in the photos have already been sold, but you will receive a similar sign in the colors specified at purchase. The saying and font that is displayed in the listing will remain the same (unless a special request is made) but each sign will vary due to the handmade nature and the variations of the wood (knots, cracks, holes, grain variances, etc) and each sign is painted, stained and slightly distressed. Giving you a one of a kind product that may not look identical to the one you see in the photo. Please note, sizes are approximate up to 1”

++ Each sign will vary slightly in coloration and stain due to the nature of the wood, as well as how you are viewing our products whether it's a monitor or mobile device. Our signs are meant to have a rustic feel, so please know that knots in wood may not be completely covered in paint/stain and some of the wood may show through. With that, you can expect that no two signs will be exactly the same and this is the beauty of handmade wood products. We want each and every one of our customers to receive a unique and original creation.

++ Please note, at this time we are no longer offering “butt joint” frames. We have updated our framing process to provide you with a better quality product that has a cleaner look with more stability, a mitered frame. We are using clear pine, vs furring strips. From there, each frame is recessed to hold your sign in place. This process allows for the natural expansion/contraction that can take place with wood products depending on the climate.
After the frame is cut, each piece is sanded and stained. Once the sign board is completed, it is then inserted into the recessed portion of the frame where each end of the frame is then glued and pinned using micro pins. Any imperfections or nail holes are also filled, sanded and touched up with stain as needed. You will find that all of our signs do sit freely in any space with this design, and can be hung without hardware but we also include a simple saw tooth hanger with all signs over 8”x8”, and 2 hangers for larger signs, but can stand alone if desired.

++ Please be patient as all items are **HANDMADE TO ORDER** with an AVERAGE production time of 7-10 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays) therefore the ship-by dates may vary slightly. We do not offer returns/exchanges on personalized items. We do our best to meet shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.
