HOW TO ORDER / CUSTOMIZE

Please put the following information in the "Add your personalization" box:

Our pillows are double sided. There are several options to choose from including printing the artwork on both sides, adding a custom message to the back of the pillow or changing the color of the back. Read below under "PILLOW BACK OPTIONS" and check out the product photos to learn more.

⭐️ How to contact you with questions?
Let us know the best way to contact you with questions. Include you cell# if you would like us to text you or email if that works better than an Etsy Convo (Etsy message). We don't make or take phone calls.

❤️ Double check your spelling!
We don't send out proofs unless they are requested, and will print things exactly as they are written in the personalizations, so make sure names, dates, etc. are correct.

❤️ Double check your shipping address!!!
We work with an offsite production partner who prints and sews our pillows. Once an item goes into production our production partner will not allow us to change the shipping address, so PLEASE MAKE SURE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT when you place your order. If an order goes into production with the wrong shipping address it will be sent to the address on the order and then hopefully returned to our address. At that point the customer will need to pay the cost of shipping so that we can send it to the correct address. Thank you for understanding.

Pillow is double sided and has several options for the back:

🔺 Please write your choice in the "add you personalization box" (see below for options). IF NO OPTION IS CHOSEN we will print the same artwork on both sides.

🔹 Same artwork on both sides
The pillow's artwork design will be on both the front and back of the pillow.

🔹 Artwork on the front only
The artwork will be on the front of the pillow only.

🔹 Solid color on back
The artwork will be on the front of the pillow, and a solid color on the back. Check out our Color Options chart to see the available colors.

🔹 Custom message on the back
You may add a custom word or phrase to the back of the pillow. There are many text colors to choose from (if no color is chosen we will choose a color that coordinates with the artwork on the front.) We will use a font that coordinates with the artwork on the front. Limited to 20 words.

Would you like to customize this pillows design? We love creating custom designs!!! We can change up the design on the front or customize the words on the back with different fonts, sizes or pictures. Send us a message and we can create a custom design for you.

If you're order arrives and something is wrong please contact us! If it was our error (meaning you entered the information correctly and we made a mistake) we will send you a replacement at no charge even if you approved the original proof!

  In the event that you entered some information wrong we will happily send you a replacement at a discounted price to cover the cost of labor, shipping and materials.

2. Add the requested information in the "Add your personalization" box (some older browsers don't have the "Add you personalization box". If you can't find it you can add the information in the "Add a note to Thepillowgeek" box in your shopping cart)

3. Complete the checkout

We send artwork proofs prior to printing only if they are requested. If you require more than 2 proofs it will be a $5 charge for each additional proof. Please make sure to let us know that you need a proof in the personalization box or the notes to seller box at checkout.

If you requested a proof please be sure to check your email and/or Etsy messages often. Be sure to give us a good email to contact you at if you don't check your Etsy messages regularly. Once the message/email with the proof is sent you will have 3 business days to respond. If we don't hear back within those 3 business days we will complete your pillow according to the proof.

When ordering a pillow from our shop, you have the option to purchase the pillow cover by itself, or the pillow cover including a fully removable pillow insert. If you have a pillow insert at home or prefer to purchase your own insert elsewhere, choose the "Cover Only" option. If you don't want to worry about obtaining the pillow insert on your own, choose the "Include Insert" option!
