Our main shipping provider Australia Post may experience delays in delivery times due to high volumes of parcels being delivered during pandemics, weather events or peak seasons. Some delivery time frames can be as long as 4 weeks for standard post within Australia.

Orders sent via Express Post are given priority. While next-day delivery is no longer guaranteed by Australia Post.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations or change of mind after 3 hours of purchasing will not be provided on custom made, personalised or non standard products.

REFUNDS AFTER ARTWORK HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO YOU
Should you cancel or have your order refunded after you have received artwork/ design proof of your order; the following administration fees will be held for completion & time spent on creating the artwork your item:

ADMINISTRATION FEES
Items value $30.00 and under - $7.00 AUD
Items value $30.01 to $50.00 - $10.00 AUD
Items value $50.01 to $150.00- $20.00 AUD
Items value $150.01 and upwards - $40.00 AUD

Our lead times vary depending on production demands but as an average 1-6 business days then shipment time is on top of this.

Please keep in mind that during peak seasons such as Christmas and Wedding seasons, we tend to become very busy fulfilling orders and production times may vary.

Our shop announcement will be updated for any changes in our production times.

With some of our custom/ personalised items; the artwork is provided for you to double-check before we commence lettering. Artwork is sent through within 2 business days (excluding public holidays & Sundays).

If we do not hear back from you (for changes to the artwork) within business 4 days, your sign will be created with the colours, information, wording & styles you have selected and provided.

In the event that you have not advised a font colour; the sign will be created with white lettering with the exception of a white background will be made with black lettering.

DISCOUNTS AND PACKAGES
For bulk orders, we may be able to discount. We do have minimum requirements for each item so please contact us in advance to discuss quantities and options.

COMBINED SHIPPING
If you are purchasing a few items from our shop, please contact us
and let us know your postcode and the items you would like to purchase for an estimate. We are more than happy to combine your orders!

Some orders can not be combined if they are fragile or not safe to combine with other items.

WOOD SIGNS
To prevent bowing of your board, store flat and out of direct sunlight prior to your event. Make sure you handle items with care especially when transporting.


ACRYLIC SIGNS
In the lead up to your event make sure you store them flat in a cool place until they are ready to be displayed. To help avoid scratches on the surface please keep them in their pack.


FABRIC BANNERS
To stop your fabric banner from becoming wrinkled please store these on a flat surface. Items may be ironed on the back of the sign by placing a piece of baking paper between the iron and banner and use a medium heat setting. Fabric banners SHOULD NOT BE WASHED.

On very rare occasions your parcel may arrive damaged.

Below is the step through process:

- Take your Etsy receipt & item including all the wrapping to Australia Post
- Lodge a declaration/ damage report with Australia Post
- They will then assess the item and create a report for potential reimbursement. (AUSTRALIA POST WILL KEEP YOUR ITEM - IT WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO YOU)
- Australia Post will then notify you if your claim/ refund has been successful
- The item will then need to be repurchased through our store as you have been reimbursed through Australia Post.

NOTE: Items are only insured up to a value of $100 unless you have selected additional insurance during checkout. If your claim is unsuccessful, then please let us know.

Please ensure that you double check your mailing address before making your purchase.

If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, mail redirections, or if the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable; an extra postage fee will apply to resend the item/s. If this occurs, we will contact you to consider your options.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS
In the event that your parcel is returned to us for any of the above reasons, then this will change your estimated delivery date due to the returning of the item/s to us.

No refunds will be given on custom made items if the redelivery will arrive after your desired/ required date as the original delay was not caused by us (Bell & Beau Design Co).

Please note any items purchased via preorder do not have a guaranteed delivery date.

If you purchase in-stock items as well as preorder items, all items will be shipped once your preorder items have been fulfilled.
