What is the shipping timeline for my order?

Please check the processing time and estimated delivery dates shown on the individual listing and your order receipt. Standard orders generally take up to 3 business days to prepare before shipping. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s transit time.

Wholesale availability

Bulk listings and wholesale pricing are no longer offered through my Etsy shop. Please purchase from the available retail listings and review the size, quantity, and selected option before checkout.

Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations are not accepted. Please review each listing’s return and exchange eligibility before ordering. If you have a problem with your order, contact me through Etsy Messages. If you would prefer another item of equal value before your order ships, message me promptly so I can check whether a substitution is possible.

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. If you notice an address error or a delivery problem, contact me promptly through Etsy Messages with your order number. If a parcel is returned because an incorrect address was supplied, additional postage is required to resend it. Refusing or failing to collect a parcel does not arrange an authorized return; please contact me first and review the return eligibility on your listing.

Contacting me about an order?

Please contact me through Etsy Messages and include your order number and a brief description of your question. Keeping order conversations on Etsy helps me find your purchase and keep the details together. Order questions sent by email or social media are not monitored.

My usual business hours are Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding holidays. You may send an Etsy message at any time; messages received outside these hours will be answered during business hours.

International Shipping

My standard shipping destinations are the United States and Canada. If you are elsewhere, please message me before ordering with the items you want and your destination so I can check availability and shipping costs. International shipping can be expensive, and availability depends on the destination and products.

I paid for expedited shipping. When will I receive your order?

Expedited shipping changes the carrier’s transit service, not the time needed to prepare your order. Standard processing generally takes up to 3 business days; check your listing and receipt for the applicable processing time and delivery estimate. Carrier transit times begin after shipment. Please message me before ordering if you need an item for a specific date.

What information can I share in my "Note to seller" area during checkout?

Use the Note to seller field for information relevant to the items you are ordering. If you need an answer before purchase or want to request a change, please send an Etsy message before checkout. Gift wrapping and gift notes are not currently offered, so please do not use this field for a message to the gift recipient.

Spelled Candle Use and Safety

Use your candle as a focus for your personal intention; it does not need to burn all at once. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, children, pets, paper, and other flammable items. Use a suitable candle holder for tealights. Before lighting, trim the wick to 1/4 inch and remove loose herbs, botanicals, and other debris from the wax surface. Never adjust decorations or move a candle while it is lit or the wax is hot. Follow the care label and burn for no more than 4 hours at a time. Let the candle cool completely before handling or relighting.

🪄About Samhain
Samhain marks the end of the harvest and the beginning of the darker half of the year. Traditionally observed on October 31st into November 1st, it is considered a liminal time when the veil between worlds is thin.
It has roots in ancient Celtic traditions and is associated with honoring ancestors, offering protection, and reflecting on cycles of life, death, and renewal. Many modern spiritual practitioners continue to observe Samhain as a sacred seasonal turning point.
