Can I receive a refund if the downloaded file does not work with my program?

Due to the nature of a digital download, I can not offer refunds once any of the files have been downloaded, but please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any problems with your purchase.

♥♥♥ ♥♥♥ BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY ♥♥♥ ♥♥♥ ♥ Prior to purchase, it is the buyer’s responsibility to know how to operate their software in order to use these files. There are several programs being used with many different file types and I am not familiar with all of them. I personally own a Cricut Air 2, therefore use the Design Space Software with my cut machine. I also have the Silhouette Studio Designer Edition software, which I use to test all files. Many of the designs in my shop are intermediate to advanced designs, and I cannot give step by step instructions on how to use them in each cutting program. If you are not sure how to use your program, there are lots of great tutorials on YouTube. =)

Can I use these files for Commercial Use?

All of my files include a Small Commercial Use License. This means that you can use HGD designs on items that you make yourself by hand to sell. I do not limit you to the number of items that you can sell. I hope you sell a million!!! =) ⧫︎You may n̲o̲t̲ distribute HGD files to any third party company in any form for mass production. ⧫︎HGD files may n̲o̲t̲ be altered, resold or shared in any digital format, including embroidery file formats, cross stitch or plastic canvas patterns, etc. ⧫︎HGD files may n̲o̲t̲ be given away for free in any way (email, file sharing, facebook groups, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc)
