If you are sending your gift directly to the recipient you may add a gift message if you wish. To do this, please add your item to the basket. Once in your basket, there should be a box which reads ‘Add a Note to SmileGiftsUK’ where you can add the gift message you would like. This must be done at time of ordering.

You then need to go to checkout and make sure you change the address so it is sent direct to the recipient.

Custom Orders

I am able to create custom designs. Please contact me with what you require before ordering so I can confirm what you would like is possible and give you a price. I am usually able to tweak existing designs or create designs with your own wording. It is best to keep the text you would like as short as possible for the best effect

For example, I would be able to change the label to make it more specific for a particular job title. I could also create a similar gift for other occasions.

**IMPORTANT** From the 13th December 2024 I will no longer be able to sell to NORTHERN IRELAND customers due to the new GPSR legislation as the cost of an EU representative is not affordable for a business of my size. Therefore all orders placed by NI customers will unfortunately be cancelled.

GB ORDERS: Our standard postage option is SECOND CLASS Royal Mail. I do give the option to upgrade to FIRST CLASS. To do this add the item to your cart and then when you go to checkout you will see a drop down box under ‘SHIPPING’ which you can click on and select First Class. However, please make sure you order in plenty of time in case of any delays, especially at busy times of the year.
