How do I download my order after purchasing?

Once your order is complete, your purchased digital goods will be available through your Etsy account under your purchases. https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases To the right of the order on your purchases page, click "Download Files". This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. You will also receive a download link via email (to the email account registered to the Etsy account you made the purchase on). Some of my packs are too large to host on Etsy, so you will be provided a PDF with a download link via Dropbox. Please thoroughly read each listing description before purchase!

What file types will I receive?

You will receive high-resolution JPEG files, typically in 12x12 inches at 300 DPI (perfect for printing and digital use!). Some sets may include PDFs or PNGs if noted in the listing.

How do I open a .zip file?

Most of my downloads come in .ZIP format to keep things tidy. To open a .ZIP file: ✨ On Windows: Right-click > “Extract All” ✨ On Mac: Double-click the file to unzip If you’re on mobile or iPad, you may need a free app like iZip or WinZip.

I haven’t received my files. What should I do?

First, double check your Etsy account’s Purchases and Reviews section, or your email for the Dropbox link. Still stuck? Message me with your order number and I’ll help you out!
