To maintain the quality of our cheeses in transit, we ship Monday through Wednesday every week. Orders placed after noon Wednesday will be shipped on Monday the following week.

Orders should arrive to you within 1 to 3 days of shipment. If there are any problems with your order, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we will make it right.

All of our products are vacuum sealed, semi-hard cheeses and can withstand travel and variations in temperature.

We ship in insulated boxes with ice packs during the summer months. That said, it is common for cheeses to arrive a bit warm to the touch. Put them in the refrigerator upon arrival, and they will be good to go and tasty to eat! Of course, please let us know about cheese that is melted or otherwise damaged. We will reship or refund your order, no questions asked!
