great deck, unique, beautiful, useful, innovative ! made for special readings integrating shadow or trauma, adds deep layers to readings, can be further personalized by additional gold stickers ;) looks great and fits well in tableau merged with other lenormand decks adding value and special meaning to telegraphic lenormand style of readings

Specifications

May include: A black and white watercolor background with gold accents. The word "Aurum" is written in white script. The word "Lenormand" is written in white script below the word "Aurum".

The storage facility has found copies of this deck that had gone missing (what an incredible relief), so I am able to list more of these now.

My teenage son (who has an interest in tarot and Lenormand) and I created this deck together over several months. It was a lovely experience working together, and during that time, the importance of family was at the forefront. It then occurred to me that this deck could become something more than just a "thing". With my friend Amy represented in this deck as the optional Person card, and her son Emmet as the Child, it became obvious to pay it forward to the Marfan Foundation. Both Amy and her son Emmet live with this set of debilitating connective tissue problems, each having gone through life-saving operations, and extended stays in hospital. The gold detailing in these black and white designs reference Japanese kintsugi pottery, in which gold is used to reconnect pieces of pottery, rendering them even more beautiful. I liked the symbolism of the kintsugi in relation to the life-saving operations that Amy and Emmet have undergone.

The cards each contain unique gold foil designs, in the style of kintsugi. The edges are also gold foil. The deck comes in a sturdy box with a magnetic closure (my favourite, so I didn't want to skimp on this detail!), and comes equipped with a card-sized 50-page "little white book" that will provide you with enough details to get going. There is a lot of helpful information online as well, if you're new to Lenormand.

Thank you for supporting this project. A portion of each sale will go towards the Marfan Foundation.

Regards,

Melissa and Lochlan
