I ship all UK orders using Royal Mail Second Class post and international orders will be sent via either Evri International or Royal Mail Tracked, unless upgraded to a different service at checkout. All orders within the UK will have delivery confirmation. In the case of a lost or damaged parcel, please contact me and we can discuss the next steps to receive a full refund or replacement. First Class mail is available for a small fee. Since there have been lots of postal delays in recent years and missing parcels are extremely rare, I will only consider a parcel lost if it has been more than 1 month since dispatch in the UK and more than 2 months since dispatch to countries out of the UK. If you have any concerns please get in touch!

Silver naturally oxidises over time, but can be restored to full shine by gently polishing with a cotton/micro-fiber cloth, or getting it polished professionally. It is not recommended to wear silver items when doing intense physical activities or manual labour, as silver is a soft metal and they can get bent or damaged easily.

Exchanges and Returns

I will gladly exchange items for a different size if available. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. There may be an extra charge to pay for shipping a replacement to you - please contact me. I accept returns. Unless the item arrives to the buyer faulty or defective, shipping costs are non-refundable. *CHRISTMAS RETURNS/EXCHANGES* Items bought between 1st November - 15th December will be able to be returned or exchanged until 15th January. After 15th December the 30 day period will apply.

✨ CARE INSTRUCTIONS ✨

Silver is a soft metal, so can get damaged easily. Avoid wearing silver jewellery when doing sports or intense activities. Remove jewellery before showering and keep it dry as much as possible. Avoid harsh chemicals such as bleach and hand sanitiser, as these can dull the shine of sterling silver.

Silver naturally oxidises over time which can reduce its shine and leave a grey-ish coating. To prevent this, store silver jewellery in an air tight bag or box when not wearing. If the shine does diminish, polish it with a microfibre or silver polishing cloth to bring it back to full shine.

I love this skull ring but for one thing, I have one just like it in a smaller size I have had for years, this one is a little thinner, but most silver rings are made that way these days since the price of silver has gone up over the last 20 years. Over all nice ring though, solid under the ring and sits on the finger very well, can be worn all the time without bumping into things.
