Yes! This is free and recommended for all items that we well. Since all of our items are handmade to order, we can custom fit them just for you! International Shipping?

Yes! We happily ship worldwide! Customs forms are always filled out accurately. Item descriptions are listed as material as to maximize privacy. Please be patient: Sometimes, although rarely, the customs in your country may delay package while it handles the inspection. Priority/Express options tend to go through a little faster. It is always best to contact your local post office for the most up to date info about your package. The buyer is responsible for any/all VAT tax imposed by your country. Any items that are returned do to non-pickup/non VAT payment, are forfeited. Please check your country's VAT taxes prior to purchase.

All of the leather we purchase is in the form of raw natural veg tanned hides. We hand process and dye every piece of your order. How Long Until Items are Shipped?

We work full-time making orders for our wonderful customers. Even throughout the holiday season we hustle to get every order out on time. Please see product listings for respective turnaround times. If you have a question about your order's ship date, please send us a message.

Returns/Refunds due to Damage

Due to the highly custom and intimate nature of our products, returns and refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis only. We gladly accept returns in the event of our error, occurring either in the making process or due to fulfillment mistakes (we are human, after all), and the items remain completely unused; we must be contacted to process these returns, and we will provide a shipping label for these circumstances. If accepted, all other returns will require return shipping to be paid for by the customer, and are subject to a restocking fee. If you have any questions about your purchase, before or after receipt, please never hesitate to contact us! Shipping/VAT is non-refundable

Can I Cancel My Order?

You may cancel any order within 24 hrs of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. • Any standard (non-custom) orders cancelled outside of that 24 hour period can be refunded at 85% the value of the order. This percentage is to cover the material and labor that has been put into the piece up to this point. • For custom orders, we may allow for cancellations on per case basis, depending on where we are in the process of making your custom piece, the refund value may vary.

• 3/8" = Very Stingy, very little thud. ---> (more experienced users - wrist techniques)

• 1/2" = Stingy with some thud

• 5/8" = Medium Sting/Medium Thud ----> (most common & recommended size for entry level users)

• 3/4" = Thuddy

• 7/8" = Quite Thuddy

• 1" = Super Thuddy ---> (more experienced users - precision accuracy)

* exotic hardwoods are available only in 5/8" at this time due to the limited availability of some woods in the required thickness to carve. If you'd like a thicker version of an exotic wood, that is no problem, however it will need to be done as a custom order.
