We gladly exchange, refund, and offer shop credit for items returned within 21 day of their delivery date to you. Be sure to keep all tags (or stickers) attached and check your item for things like visible signs of wear. NOT EVEN A ONE STAR! I ordered a woman’s large! I got sent a men’s large! I tried to exchange for a smaller size and he would not let me. He states it’s a unisex and when you purchase it it states women. Extremely mad I spent $34 on the shirt and can’t get it exchanged. It was a Christmas gift on top of that. Worst experience I’ve had on Etsy and false advertisement. I recommend to everyone not to buy from him, you will loose your money!

My reply here is for my customers who are reading this, as I answered her via messages and she was refusing to admit it is her fault, not mine. she ordered a UNISEX t-shirt with a size large, she received the item and wanted to replace it with a medium, I always attach a size chart in my listing, and I mentioned in my listing description that I suggest ladies order a size down to get a correct fitting. she didn't read my shop policy, she didn't look at the size chart, and she didn't read my listing description and she want a size change with zero cost from her side. this review is very unfair
